Glow and Grow Tuesday - A New Weekly Linky

Based on an idea that I got from Jen Runde over at Runde's Room
I  started having my kiddos reflect on the work in their weekly folders
using a Glow and Grow strategy.
You can read Jen's post about the strategy  here.

Using her idea, I made this form for the kids to use to assess their weekly work.
You can click on the image to download a Word document that you can use too.

It got me thinking that, as teachers, we should do the same thing.
And so, Glow and Grow Tuesdays was born.

Each week, think about one or two things that went really well for you.
It could be a lesson that went really well, a great idea you had, any positives from your week.
Then think about one thing you did that you think you could improve, or grow.
Come link up and share your GLOWS and GROWS with the rest of us!
We'll help celebrate the Glows, and maybe offer suggestions for your Grows.

Hopefully we can plant some new ideas and watch them grow too!

Remember the rule of three.
Check out the two entries before you, and one after,
and let's share some celebration and encouragement!

Grab the button above, and link up below!

Let's get this party started!

I am finally getting my groove back and getting some creating done!
My kiddos really enjoyed the math presentations
I made last week!

Must get better at lesson planning!
The ideas are all running around in my head,
but I REALLY need to sit down and get myself more organized.

Now, it's your turn!
