Motivational Monday!

Today I am linking up with my blogging buddy, Mel from Frog Spot for a brand new Monday linky.  I don't know about you, but I could sure use a kick in the pants to get going this morning!  Gotta find my mojo!  So imagine my good fortune when one of the first emails I read was from Mel announcing this new linky.
L.O.V.E. IT!
N.E.E.D. IT!

First, I downloaded her adorable template.

I thought about who and what would motivate me today...
Made my own motivational sign...

and posted it on my Motivation Wall.

I am looking forward to participating in this weekly linky, since Positive Thinking Thursday seems to have gone away.

So, what will motivate YOU this week?  Head on over and link up with Mel!

Happy Monday!

Get to Know Me With a Little Assessment

I'm a little late to the party, but I'm here nonetheless.
I'm linking up with Rachel from The Tattooed Teacher
for her Assess me Linky

I'm catching up with weeks 1 and 2 since I am behind.

I ALWAYS talk to myself!
Heck, who else is going to listen to my rantings?

I'm not a superstitious person, but I keep an open mind.

Cracking knuckles is gross!  Makes me crazy when others do it.

Trying NOT to be hungry!  LOL

TV is on with my daughter watching.  I have not had much time for TV lately.

No wisdom teeth - had them out in college.

One of the benefits of working from home is working in my jammies when I don't feel like getting dressed yet.

Been to Disney once when I was in HS.  Crazy huh?  Wish I could go more.  I love amusement parks, just not the LONG lines.

I used to wear glasses, but I had Lasik surgery a few years ago.  15 minutes changed my life.  BEST decision ever!

Yep, I'm an Arizona native, but I hope to move to San Antonio in the near future!

I'm pretty casual and live in jeans or capris, but I do like to get dressed up too.

I am a jewelry junkie and have lots of both!
I mostly wear silver, but I also do gold and other metals.

I'm a city girl and like the amenities that the city has to offer.

I do a LOT of online shopping, but heck, I just like shopping BUYING!

Definitely showers!  L-O-N-G and HOT!

No secrets here.  I'm an open book.

I am basically a homebody, but I also like to get out and about.

I'm not much for breakfast (unless it's at Keke's in Orlando!)
but I LOVE a good dinner - especially out!

Iced tea and Diet Coke for this gal!

Lately I have become an early bird because my household shuts down pretty early because of hub's and daughter's schedules.

Thunder and lightning!  Bring it on!  I love storms!!!!

Flats - I pretty much live in my Toms when I wear shoes at all.

Travel!  Any way I can get it!

Central air for me!  It's too dang HOT here right now!

I am lovin' finding out about all my friends in this linky.
Why don't you link up too?
